At Momachic, we believe shopping online should be simple, transparent, and worry-free. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.


Order Processing

Every order is carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During seasonal promotions or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may require additional time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination.

  • Italy: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Momachic may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.


Order Tracking

Once your package has left our fulfillment facility, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.


Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Momachic cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied during checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer. Momachic has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.


Delayed Shipments

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

If your order experiences an unusual delay, please contact our support team and we will gladly investigate the shipment with our logistics partners.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

Our support team will work directly with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution.


Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of both the packaging and product.

We will review your case as quickly as possible.
